Around midday, same as most days lately, I set off. Up and down all day, with strong wind throughout.

For several days now, there have been two women whose pattern matches mine exactly — they set off before me each morning, I walk faster and eventually catch up to them. Today was no different. By now it feels like Groundhog Day, and we’ve all started to find it funny.
Nothing particularly eventful otherwise. I took some nice photos along the way. By late afternoon I arrived at a larger campsite — plenty of space for many tents, but already well occupied. I set up the tent and secured it carefully given the wind.
Today I used up my last snacks, but I have enough other food to keep going without concern.
More or less the last stretch in the mountains.
