Mai \u2014 Ein Bachlauf, ausgediente Sandalen und ein fr\u00fcher Abend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der Tag hat ok begonnen. Ich hatte Cowboy Camping gemacht und abgesehen von den Stechm\u00fccken war alles in Ordnung. Aufgestanden bin ich um ca. 7.00h, als die Sonne auf meinen Schlafsack geschienen hat und es mir zu heiss wurde. Nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck wieder in Sandalen losgelaufen \u2014 ich wusste, dass ein Abschnitt kommt, f\u00fcr den ich sie brauchen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Der Trail ging locker rauf und runter, bis es nach Mission Creek runter ging. Ein kleinerer Fluss, dem man von hier aus f\u00fcr ca. 15 Meilen folgt. Je nach Jahreszeit gr\u00f6sser oder kleiner. Da der Weg gr\u00f6sstenteils weggeschwemmt ist, muss man seinen eigenen Weg suchen. Ich habe das anders gel\u00f6st: Ich bin im Bach gelaufen. Etwas instabil, gegen die Str\u00f6mung \u2014 aber super k\u00fchlend. Ich hatte den gesamten Tag nie heiss, w\u00e4hrend andere am Schwitzen waren. Irgendwann war der Bach pl\u00f6tzlich ausgetrocknet, und alles hat sich 10\u201315 Grad w\u00e4rmer angef\u00fchlt.<\/p>\n<p>Etwa zwei Meilen danach \u2014 insgesamt bin ich an diesem Tag aufgrund des Gel\u00e4ndes und meiner Planung ca. zehn Meilen gegangen \u2014 habe ich einen Ort f\u00fcr mein Nachtlager gefunden. Hier habe ich auch meinen Campnachbarn von der Vornacht wiedergetroffen. Gl\u00fccklicherweise war er noch wach, als ich ankam. Nach und nach trudelten einige ein. Ein Teil hatte sich durchs Geb\u00fcsch gek\u00e4mpft, andere hatten andere Wege gefunden. Meiner war vermutlich anstrengender, aber angenehm k\u00fchl und abwechslungsreich. Rutschig, uneben \u2014 aber wirklich Spass gemacht. Die Sandalen haben sich gelohnt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich plane, sie in eine Hikerbox zu geben, sobald ich eine sehe, und mir Flip-Flops als Campschuhe zuzulegen. Die Sandalen sind schwer und ich nutze sie meist nur im Camp. Zum Gehen sind sie grunds\u00e4tzlich angenehm, jedoch nicht auf diesen Wegen. Dauernd finden sich Steinchen, Holz, Bl\u00e4tter zwischen Schuhsohle und Fusssohle. Zu viel Gewicht f\u00fcr den Nutzen. Man lernt auf dem Trail.<\/p>\n<p>Um 16.00h hatte ich mein Lager aufgeschlagen, um 17.20h bin ich schlafen gegangen.
